For most people, the process of choosing a home loan can be downright intimidating. Fidelity wanted to give their customers a tool that would make it easy to not only find the type of home loan they need, but also calculate their payments, decide how much home they could realistically afford and get expert advice on how to avoid pitfalls along the way. We were brought in to design the customer interaction schematics and user interface. Basically, we took their complex technology and sexed it up, so even the most skittish potential homeowner could enter the next phase of the process feeling confident in their decision. Fidelity was thrilled with the design. Oh yeah, and it won some awards too.
